3. User Accounts and Wallets

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

3.2 Wallet Security

We do not store or have access to your private keys. Loss of private keys may result in permanent loss of access to your assets. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose risks to our platform or users.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5.2 User-Generated Content

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

6. Tokens and Digital Assets

6.1 Nature of Tokens

  • Tokens may lose all value

7. Fees and Payments

7.1 Platform Fees

You are responsible for blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with transactions.

7.3 Refunds

Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are generally not possible. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
